Yeah the Bible talks about doing both "In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father." (Matthew 5:16 NIV)
But also "How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”" (Romans 10:14-15 NIV)
見習/實習 are full of wonderful opportunities to share with classmates, nurses, patients, patients families, doctors, and even janitors [Joyful]
So Matthew 5 talks about representing Christ through actions. But at the same time Romans 10 talks about the need to share with everyone.
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. (Colossians 3:23-24 NIV)
And then Colossians and 1 Corinthians 10:31 talk about studying/working hard and excelling as a student. But for the reason of serving God.
