BSF notes that spoke to my heart

1. The writer of Hebrews says to "fix our eyes upon Jesus." He "endured the cross" by consciously looking at "the joy set before him." As the deep joy of Jesus' return takes hold of you, you will find new energy to live a holy life.

2. Those who keep this prophecy may suffer pressure or persecution, but Jesus blesses them with unshakeable hope. Jesus strengthens His people with joy as they watch for His glorious return

3. Psalm 130:4, we see that "the fear of God" is increased by an experience of God's grace and forgiveness. What it describes is a loving, joyful awe and wonder before the greatness of God. The Lord is saying "Now I know that you love me more than anything in the world." That's what "the fear of God" means.
